Daley Zucker Meilton Miner & Gingrich, LLC (“DZMMG”) is a majority woman-owned law firm with attorneys and staff who are committed to Central Pennsylvania and the people and companies located and residing within this region. To reflect its commitment, DZMMG has offices on both the East Shore and the West Shore to better serve our clients by being geographically accessible.
The firm is unique in both its philosophy and its approach to resolving the legal issues of its clients. While the firm’s mission is to provide its clients with cost-effective, top-quality legal representation and counseling in a myriad of substantive areas of the law, the firm’s attorneys also take a practical and pragmatic approach to the resolution of legal disputes, thereby many times cutting to the heart of the issue and fashioning a remedy that is win-win. Whether the legal issue involves family matters, contracts, business transactions or other forms of legal disputes, DZMMG’s common sense approach to the law results in cost-effective resolutions, which timely advance our clients’ goals and objectives.

History of the Firm
Kathleen Carey Daley, one of the founding partners of Daley Zucker Meilton Miner & Gingrich, LLC, was the sole proprietor of Daley Law Offices, from 1982 until 2002, when she suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm. Her practice focused in the areas of complex family law litigation, estate planning and administration, and Pennsylvania sales and use tax litigation.
To assist Attorney Daley during her recuperation, her sister, Patricia Carey Zucker, already practicing law in the Harrisburg area with Elliott, Reihner, Siedzikowski, Egan and Balaban, left her position in 2003 and moved to Daley Law Offices to assist the firm. In February 2004, a friend and colleague, Kathleen Misturak-Gingrich, joined with partners, Patricia Carey Zucker and Kathleen Carey Daley, in the formation of a new law firm known as Daley, Zucker & Gingrich, LLC (“DZG”). On January 1, 2007, the partners of DZG, joined with new partners, Sandra L. Meilton and Steven P. Miner, in the formation of Daley Zucker Meilton Miner & Gingrich, LLC (“DZMMG”). Additionally, DZMMG expanded to two locations. Our original location remained at 1029 Scenery Drive, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania (East Shore) and we opened our new location at 1035 Mumma Road, Suite 101, Wormleysburg, Pennsylvania (West Shore) in December 2006.
Although Attorney Daley remained “of counsel,” in August 2007, she retired from the firm to pursue other career interests.
DZMMG is currently staffed with six attorneys and nine staff . . . dedicated to serving the legal needs of our community.
