Kathleen Misturak-Gingrich [email] is the Assistant Managing Member and Chief Operating Officer of Daley Zucker Meilton Miner & Gingrich, LLC (“DZMMG”). She provides day-to-day counseling and advice to business clients on critical areas of importance, including, without limitation: formation of new businesses, sale or acquisition of businesses, real estate sales/acquisitions, commercial and residential leasing, financing, collections, bankruptcy, employment, contracting, environmental compliance, marketing, regulatory, intellectual property, employment and minority- and women-owned business matters. Ms. Misturak-Gingrich also represents clients in complex commercial litigation involving issues such as: antitrust, breach of contract, environmental litigation (including several major East Coast Superfund sites), civil RICO, piercing the corporate veil, construction, and employment related matters.
Ms. Misturak-Gingrich spent several years in the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General Antitrust Division. As a result of her experience prosecuting antitrust violations, she has been able to proactively counsel her business clients to avoid any inadvertent transgressions of the antitrust laws. Additionally, she has extensive telecommunications and regulatory law experience. She previously served for ten years as in-house counsel to the Local Telephone Division of Sprint Corporation. Since leaving Sprint, she has actively and successfully represented other major telecommunications clients before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission and the Federal Communications Commission. Prior to her membership with DZMMG, Ms. Misturak-Gingrich practiced with the firm of Eckert, Seamans, Cherin & Mellott, in its Harrisburg office.
Ms. Misturak-Gingrich is an active Member of the American, Pennsylvania (Public Utility Law, Real Property and Probate, In-House Counsel, and Women in the Profession Sections) and Dauphin County Bar Associations, as well a Social Member of the Cumberland County Bar Association. She was a former Council Member of the Public Utility Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
