Patricia Carey Zucker
Managing Member and Chief Executive Officer
Patricia Carey Zucker is the Managing Member and Chief Executive Officer of Daley Zucker Meilton Miner & Gingrich, LLC (“DZMMG”). Her practice includes administrative law, with an emphasis on insurance regulatory issues, employment law, estate administration and elder law. She has considerable experience before the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas and also before many Commonwealth agencies and the Independent Regulatory Review Commission (“IRRC”). Ms. Zucker’s practice also includes Pennsylvania sales and use tax litigation before the Commonwealth Court.
Ms. Zucker previously served as Assistant Counsel for General Law and Construction Claims Litigation Section for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and served as liaison counsel for Penn DOT to the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office. In 1991, Governor Robert P. Casey appointed Ms. Zucker to serve as Chairman of the Dauphin County Nominating Commission to Evaluate and target qualified candidates for a judicial vacancy on the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County. Prior to her membership with DZMMG, Ms. Zucker practiced with the firm of Elliott, Reihner, Siedzikowski, Egan and Balaban, in its Harrisburg office.
Ms. Zucker is Past President of the Dauphin County Bar Association, where she remains active and serves on the Government Law and Estate Planning and Probate Sections and is Vice President of the Dauphin County Bar Foundation. She is also a Social Member of the Cumberland County Bar Association. She is a Member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s House of Delegates, as well as Women in the Profession. In addition, Ms. Zucker serves on the Administrative Law, Labor and Employment Law and Tax Law Sections of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Ms. Zucker is a Life Fellow of the Pennsylvania Bar Foundation and serves as Chairperson of the Events and Promotion Committee for the Bar Foundation.
