Kathleen Misturak-Gingrich has recently been selected by The Legal Intelligencer as a Woman of Distinction for 2010. The Legal Intelligencer, the oldest law journal in the United States, compiles a list of women lawyers throughout Pennsylvania they "hold in distinction for their efforts in the legal and public interest communities." Attorney Misturak-Gingrich was selected for successfully arguing the precedent-setting case of M.A.T. v. G.S.T. before the PA Superior Court, giving homosexual and heterosexual parents equal footing in child custody cases, thereby establishing a new standard by which such cases must be sustained.
